Regional Clinical Development Nurse: Lead Care Quality

Barchester is looking for an Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead clinical governance and quality across nine care homes in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. You will review KPIs, analyse results, and implement strategies to meet regulatory standards while mentoring nursing teams.

You will need to be an experienced RGN with active NMC registration, a track record in care home settings, and the ability to travel regularly to our homes to drive improvements and staff development.
