Kitchen Team Leader — Career Path to Head Chef

Premier Inn Lowestoft is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day-to-day, manage rotas, place food orders and lead the team through busy services. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure food quality and hygiene, and you’ll build skills toward a Head Chef role.

Pay rate is up to £14.31 per hour for 30 hours per week, with a hands-on leadership path in a nationwide hospitality group. The role is based at 249 Yarmouth Road, Lowestoft.
