About the role
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Catering Supervisors to support the Catering Supervisor in various busy primary school kitchens. With high standards, you will be hands on, providing and delivering the school meals catering service.
- Assist the Catering Supervisor in the preparation of all meals and special diets.
- Cover for the Supervisor in their absence after relevant training.
- Assist with duties within the kitchen and dining areas to provide a high-quality level of service.
You will be provided with a uniform, training and an opportunity to gain an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Catering after a qualifying period.
Hours of work: 15–20 per week, Monday to Friday, term time only, plus 2 mandatory training days.
Salary: Grade 4, £12,290 – £13,826 per annum.
