M&A Tax Associate Director – Private Equity Deals

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking an Associate Director in TAS Tax to provide tax structuring advice and lead due diligence on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions for private equity and corporate clients. You may work on AIM and Main Market listings in London.

You will manage discussions with clients and advisers, lead FDD/SPA collaboration, and drive tax reporting and structuring tasks while mentoring junior team members. Flexible working options are available.
