Electrical & E&C Systems Engineer — Next-Gen Off-Highway

JCB seeks an Electrical / E&C Systems Engineer to shape next‑gen off‑highway machines. You will own electrical architectures, ECU allocation, CAN networks and sensor/actuator integration across projects, driving reliability and performance with cross‑functional teams.

You’ll collaborate with software, controls, hydraulics and mechanical design specialists, applying data‑driven problem solving to deliver robust, safe, and testable systems. This role includes hands‑on testing and field validation.
