Spa & Leisure Manager Overview:

To manage the Spa & Leisure facilities to a standard commensurate with the Tylney Hall Hotel, ensuring outstanding customer service across all areas of the operation.

Spa & Leisure Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the spa, gym, pool, and leisure facilities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the spa and leisure team.
• Drive spa treatment, retail, and membership sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing, rotas, budgets, and stock control.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Work closely with hotel departments to maximise guest experience and commercial opportunities.
• Perform a range of spa and wellness treatments.
