Counterbalance FLT Driver – Halesfield, Telford

Location: Halesfield, Telford | Shifts: 12‑Hour Days & Nights (Rotating) | Pay: Competitive rate (DOE) | Contract: Full‑Time Ongoing Opportunity

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Halesfield, Telford for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well‑established operation offering regular 12‑hour day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting warehouse and production teams as required.

Requirements

• Valid and in‑date Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential).
• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience.
• Ability to work 12‑hour day and night shifts.
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
