Head of Education: Innovative Inclusive Alt Learning

Joining Careers Education seeks a Head of Education to lead a new Ofsted-registered alternative education provision in Nottinghamshire. You will shape strategy and operations, ensuring outstanding outcomes for children and young people aged 7-17 with SEND, SEMH and SEBD, and build a nurturing, ambitious environment.

You will work with the senior leadership team to drive compliance, curriculum development and safeguarding while leading a high-quality educational setting from the ground up.
