Subscription Finance Manager: Growth & Strategy

Spotlight Sports Group is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to drive financial performance with a focus on the subscription business while maintaining broader commercial finance responsibility across the group.

You will own monthly performance reviews, build complex subscription models, track metrics like LTV, CAC, churn and ARPU, and work with the Subscriptions Growth Team to steer pricing and tiering strategies. Strong accounting background required.
