KeyResponsibilities
- Supervisedailyconstructionactivitiesonsite.
- EnsureconstructionworksareexecutedinaccordancewithIFCdrawings,technicalspecificationsandapprovedmethodstatements.
- Coordinatesubcontractorsandmonitordailyworkprogress.
- SupporttheProjectConstructionManagerinplanningandexecutionactivities.
- Reviewconstructiondrawingsandidentifydiscrepanciesbeforeexecution.
- Prepareandmonitorsiteinspectionrequests.
- Coordinatetechnicalqueries(RFIs)withtheEngineeringDepartment.
- Verifymaterialdeliveriesandensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications.
- MonitorconstructionqualityandsupportQA/QCinspections.
- Ensurenon-conformitiesarereportedandcorrectiveactionsareimplemented.
- Assistinplanningconstructionsequencesandworkfronts.
- Coordinateinterfacesbetweencivil,mechanical,electricalandgridconnectionactivities.
- Monitorproductivityandidentifypotentialscheduledelays.
- Supportcommissioningactivitiesandpunchlistclosure.
- Maintainaccuratesiterecords,dailyreportsandprogressupdates.
- Participateincoordinationmeetingswithsubcontractorsandclientrepresentatives.
- PromotesafeworkingpracticesincooperationwiththeHSEteam.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor’sDegreeinElectricalEngineering,CivilEngineering,MechanicalEngineeringorarelatedengineeringdiscipline.
- Minimum3yearsofexperiencewithinEPCconstructionprojects.
- Previousexperienceinutility-scaleSolarPVprojects.
- Experienceworkingonprojectslargerthan20MW.
- GoodunderstandingofconstructionmethodologiesandEPCprojectexecution.
- Abilitytoreadandinterpretengineeringdrawings.
- Strongcoordinationandcommunicationskills.
- GoodcommandofspokenandwrittenEnglish.
- Validdrivinglicence.
