Global Veterinary Careers (GVC) are assisting a modern independent veterinary practice in West London with the recruitment of an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their beautiful purpose-built clinic in the heart of Notting Hill.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon with at least four years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to work in a progressive, forward-thinking practice that combines exceptional clinical standards with an outstanding client experience.
You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team where you’ll have access to state-of-the-art facilities and innovative technology, allowing you to focus on delivering the highest standard of care while continuing to develop your clinical skills.
The Role
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll enjoy a varied caseload, combining consultations, diagnostics and surgery while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing a wide range of surgical procedures with confidence and precision
- Diagnosing and treating medical conditions across a varied first opinion caseload
- Delivering compassionate, client-focused consultations
- Developing tailored treatment plans with excellent clinical outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records
- Working closely with a highly skilled veterinary and nursing team
- Participating in ongoing CPD and professional development
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- RCVS registration
- A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification small animal experience
- Confidence with routine and more advanced surgical procedures
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
