PE-Backed Finance Director: Transformation & Growth Lead

Pioneer of the British lift industry, a Private Equity-backed SME, seeks a Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function, drive transformation and support ambitious growth.

You will partner with the Managing Director and private equity stakeholders to own FP&A, controls, reporting and tax, and to deliver timely monthly accounts while guiding restructuring and efficiency initiatives. The role is hands-on at board level with deep involvement in the detail.
