Lead Children’s Residential Support Worker – Therapeutic Care

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our family-run children’s homes in the Leicester area. You will lead shifts, supervise a small team and help provide therapeutic care for children with complex needs.

You’ll build positive relationships, support daily routines and ensure safeguarding and accurate records. A Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification and a UK driving licence are required.
