Alternative Provision Mentor & Re-engagement Specialist

Teaching Personnel in Burgess Hill is recruiting for roles supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs within alternative provision settings. The position involves working with learners who have disengaged from mainstream education, with smaller class sizes, therapeutic support and a personalised curriculum.

You will support literacy, numeracy and functional skills, encourage attendance and re-engagement, and mentor pupils as they transition between activities and settings.
