SEND Learning Support Assistant – College

We are currently recruiting a SEND Learning Support Assistant to work at a specialist college supporting learners with learning difficulties.

Location: UxbridgeWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:45 – 16:35

Responsibilities

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide classroom and one-to-one support, helping learners to engage with their studies, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties or SEND (preferred).
• Patient, caring, and reliable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives.
• Temporary position unless stated otherwise.

Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
