Position
FLt Driver – Night Shift (Burton‑upon‑Trent)
Salary & Incentives
£28,198.14 – £32,313.02 per annum, depending on grade.
Additional incentives: £128.75 weekly attendance bonus and a Christmas bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the warehouse manager to ensure loads leave on time and comply with H&S requirements.
- Load and unload trunk vehicles for our network.
- Prepare vehicles for general loads, ensuring correct loading for customer delivery times.
- Handle customer pallets correctly and safely.
- Maintain a clean, tidy warehouse environment in line with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Warehouse experience preferred in a busy transport environment (not essential).
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
- GCSE Maths & English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety in a FLt driving role.
