GKN Aerospace is recruiting a Team Leader at our Bristol site to lead a 10–15 person Wing Assembly team, delivering Lean improvements and PSQDCC targets. The role blends hands-on management with coaching, problem-solving and continuous improvement across a 37-hour, four-day week.
