Our Client are a leading provider of Material Handling Equipment, Training & Services who have aggressive growth plans in the UK and are now looking to add further External Salespeople to their Commercial function.

Area Sales Manager based in the Berkshire/West London area.

The Role

• 80% Business Development across any businesses within the Berkshire/West London region who move Materials around a Warehouse or Manufacturing facility.
• Selling Forklift Trucks, Forklift Truck Hire, Training, Service Contracts, Racking, Cleaning Equipment, Access Equipment into Warehouses and Manufacturers.
• No pressure for the first 12 months – the company gives you plenty of freedom to bed into the company and are looking for people with loyalty and longevity/stability.

The Candidate

• Very strong at Business Development – not afraid to knock on doors – essential.
• Ideally from a Materials Handling or Capital Equipment background but absolutely not essential – looking for the right person with the right attributes; Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, sound Student Mentality.
• External sales experience essential.
• You need to demonstrate loyalty and stability in your career.
• You need to be driven, hungry to succeed – there is plenty of progression available within the company.
