HSW Manager – Major Substation Projects

Balfour Beatty is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Manager to lead on major Power Transmission & Distribution projects in the South of England, with travel across the region. You will partner with the Head of HS&W to embed a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with UK regulations.

You will manage risk-based assurance, provide expert HSW advice, and drive performance through reporting, inspections, and project-level governance.
