Production Lead: Stone Casting, East Midlands

Serene Stone is seeking a practical Production Manager to lead daily operations at our Pinxton site, overseeing the wet cast and semi-dry cast stone production and ensuring deadlines, quality and safety standards are met.

You will organise the production team, manage workflow, coordinate with sales and dispatch, and drive continuous improvement on processes while maintaining high housekeeping and a collaborative team culture.
