Health & Safety Manager – Multi-Site, Flexible Hours + EV

Industrial Connected Talent is supporting an established international manufacturing group in the search for an experienced Health & Safety Manager. This hands‑on, three-site role will lead and improve health and safety performance across UK facilities, with regular travel to Wigan, Scunthorpe and Epping from Greater Manchester.

You will develop and embed proactive safety systems, conduct audits, run investigations and coach shop-floor teams to improve standards and accountability across sites.
