Senior Leader, Supported Living Care Operations

Marva Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – Supported Living to lead Muve Homecare services across the North West and Yorkshire. The role oversees care planning, quality governance and service development to ensure safe, effective, person-centred care.

The position is field-based with evenings, nights and weekends involved. You will drive regulatory compliance, audits and incident reporting while maintaining a strong presence in both office and community settings.
