Residential Child Support Worker – Empower Young Minds

Keys Group is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Denmead, Waterlooville. You will join a caring team to support children with emotional and behavioural needs, delivering encouragement, stability and safety in a loving home environment.

The role is full-time (39 hours/week) on a rolling shift pattern, including sleep-ins, with a salary from £14.05 per hour plus £3,000–£6,000 per year for sleep-ins, and benefits such as progression, pension and wellbeing support.
