Housekeeping Room Attendant

About The Role

Our Housekeeping Team is hiring Room Attendants on casual contracts for the high season. You will report to the Head Housekeeper and ensure suites meet the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Review assignment sheets for VIPs or special requests.
• Ensure all suites are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.
• Comply with all 5‑Red‑Star standards.
• Follow instruction and daily schedules from Housekeeping Manager, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain knowledge of fire and safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional service to all guests.
• Be fully knowledgeable of hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, organised, hard‑working individual.• Ability to follow instructions independently and work well as part of a team.• Confident communicator with a commitment to excellent customer service.• Recent relevant experience preferred, but full training will be provided.

Hours & Salary

• Casual, 0 hours per week.• Up to £13.28 per hour.
