Special School Support Assistant – Cross-Site (4–19)

John Chilton School is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team to support pupils with complex physical, medical, and learning needs. The role is 32.5 hours weekly, term-time only, with responsibilities across two sites.

The post involves organising and maintaining equipment and assisting pupils with personal care, requiring good physical fitness. The successful candidate will work across ages 4 to 19, with significant prior experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision
