City Cruises UK, part of the Hornblower Group, operates public dining and sightseeing cruises across London. We are seeking a Commis Chef De Partie to support our kitchen team aboard our fleet in London, delivering high-quality dishes to exacting standards.

You will work in a land-based kitchen, following Head Chef specs and recipes, building experience across sections and ensuring food safety, cleanliness and timely service in a fast-paced environment.
