SEN Teaching Assistant: 1:1 & Small Group Support

Strategy Education is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with a range of needs in London secondary schools. You will work 1:1 or with small groups, helping pupils access the curriculum and participate in school life.

Ideal candidates have a degree or relevant experience in education or care, strong communication, patience, and a proactive, flexible approach. Safeguarding and DBS checks are standard in these roles.
