Key Responsibilities
- Sealant Application – Apply silicone or appropriate bathroom sealant to baths, showers, sinks, toilets, and any other required fixtures.
- Surface Preparation – Clean, dry, and prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and long‑lasting results.
- Inspection Work – Identify areas requiring resealing, including worn, cracked, or mould‑affected sealant.
- Removal Tasks – Safely remove old or damaged sealant before applying new material.
- Quality Assurance – Ensure all sealing work is completed to a high standard, leaving clean, neat finishes.
- Tool Handling – Use sealant guns, scrapers, smoothing tools, and cleaning agents safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Experience with Sealant – Previous experience applying bathroom or construction sealant is preferred.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to produce clean, precise finishes.
- Physical Capability – Comfortable working in small spaces and performing manual tasks.
