Mace is seeking an Operations Director – Project Controls to lead the PMO and Project Controls for a Defence programme in Cumbria. The role covers governance, risk, performance management and expert advice to project teams within a secure, regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering PMO/Project Controls on large-scale infrastructure and defence projects, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
