Strategic Commercial Director – Culture & Heritage

The Cheltenham Trust is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the organisation’s strategy for sustainable revenue and visitor experience across its venues in Cheltenham.

You will shape and execute the commercial agenda, optimise income streams including hospitality, venue hire and events, and build partnerships to secure long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead a small team in a dynamic cultural, heritage and leisure portfolio.
