ADM Hereford site is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee liquids, powders and extraction operations, delivering the production plan to safety, quality, cost and service targets while driving continuous improvement.

You will lead large multi‑disciplinary teams in a fast‑ paced environment, champion a strong safety culture, and collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to align production capability with customer demand and new product introductions.
