Job Description:
HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts (8pm to 8am) on a 3 on/3 off rotation. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, deliver personalised dementia, nursing and residential care, and support residents to maintain dignity and independence.
