You will shape the future of onboarding through data governance, insights, and transformation initiatives, reporting to the Head of Client Onboarding – Operations and Strategy.
You will own the MI capability, develop KPI/KRI frameworks, and collaborate with central Data/Tech teams to ensure data integrity and scalable solutions across onboarding and KYC.
