Responsibilities
- Management of the post sale pricing process
- Compliance with all contractual terms
- Management of the CPS post sale pricing
- Completion of all key controls
- Validation of the output from the pricing team
- Production of sign off documents for the CPS MD
- Key point of contact for the development of methodology for all CPS member option calculations
- Own the Matching Adjustment deal approval process
- Broader support within the CRS Operations team to deliver and maintain BPA business
- Development of scalable solutions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation
- Provide management information to appropriate governance forums
- Support the delivery of other elements of the CPS business plan
Requirements
- Strong analytical actuarial skills
- Qualified actuary preferred, however we welcome part qualified candidates to apply
- Problem solving skills
- Financial Services & Insurance knowledge, especially around defined benefit pension de-risking, with profits and reinsurance
- Experience of managing a number of internal parties to ensure delivery of contractual deliverables
- Passion for the customer
- Pension Technical knowledge
- Effective written and presentation skills
- High degree of honesty, integrity and discretion
