HVAC Engineer – Critical Facilities & On-Call

Daniel Owen Ltd’s client is seeking an HVAC Engineer to maintain regulated commercial buildings across the North of England and Scotland. The role is primarily based in Darlington with travel between sites using a shared company vehicle.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, fault-find, and support the wider engineering team to keep critical building services running in hospitals, laboratories or other regulated facilities.
