Assembly Operative

I am recruiting an assembly operative to join a busy engineering business.

Full product training isprovided, so no previous assembly experience is needed.

The role:

• Assembling components and products to specification
• Following instructions
• Using basic hand tools safely
• Keeping a clean, organised workspace

What they’re looking for:

• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a positive attitude
• Happy to learn
• Able to commute to Biggleswade

No experience required. This will suit candidates from warehouse, production, electronics, or any hands-on role where accuracy matters.
