SEMH Support Worker – Inspire Students in Sunderland

GSL Education Newcastle is seeking dedicated SEMH Support Workers to work in Sunderland schools, providing tailored support to students with SEMH needs and working with teachers and pastoral teams to create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

You will monitor progress, support behaviour plans, and help students develop social skills, resilience, and confidence while adhering to safeguarding and DBS checks. Immediate start offered on a day-to-day/long-term basis.
