Restorative Youth Support & Prevention Assistant

Milk Education is seeking an Aspiring Gang Prevention Worker – Learning Support Assistant in Guildford. You will support students aged 11-18, building trust and promoting restorative approaches in a specialist SEN setting.

The role aims to reduce risks of gang involvement and support students’ emotional and academic development. Training is provided, with a flexible pathway into Youth Justice and Social Care careers.
