Job Description:
EOTAS Swindon is seeking a dedicated specialist to support children with additional needs across EOTAS. You will work with the SENCO and curriculum leads to identify and develop each young person’s needs, engaging them in learning with the aim of reintegrating back to mainstream or special schools with an EHCP.
You will build positive relationships, motivate students, engage parents and raise aspirations. The role offers potential for growth and development within a supportive leadership team
