O’Neill’s Cardiff is seeking enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Apprentices to join our busy team. You will greet guests, suggest drinks and menu items, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
The apprenticeship runs for 15 months and leads to a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification. It combines on‑the‑job training with face‑to‑face and online learning, including regular reviews with managers.
