Field-Based Employer Engagement Consultant – Apprenticeships

KM Recruitment is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant (Apprenticeships) to work from home or field-based locations with travel across Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. The role offers a salary of £27,000–£29,000 with uncapped bonus potential and full-time permanent employment.

You will proactively engage with businesses to promote apprenticeship programmes, build employer relationships, manage CRM outputs and deliver learner starts while meeting revenue targets.
