Head of Delivery, Manchester — Tech Recruitment & Scale

ion – Recruitment Talent is seeking a Head of Delivery in Manchester to lead and grow our delivery function. You will coach a team of Delivery Consultants, ensuring exceptional recruitment execution while shaping strategy and scalable processes during a period of rapid international expansion.

You will split your time 50/50 between delivery and management, while staying hands-on on recruiting for priority projects and building strong cross-functional relationships across the business.
