Site Manager – Social Housing Refurb & Planned Works

Wates Property Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead social housing planned works across Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. You will coordinate residents, clients, subcontractors and operational teams to keep programmes on track.

You will ensure safety, quality and value, manage multiple workstreams, and report on progress with a strong customer focus. A proven background in occupied properties and SMSTS/SSSTS is essential.
