Compliance Associate – Financial Crime & Regulation

Capco in Glasgow (Hybrid) is seeking an Associate to join the Central Compliance team, supporting core compliance activities within a dynamic investment banking environment. This role offers exposure to multiple regulatory frameworks and strong governance across regions.

You will work with senior compliance leadership across EMEA and Asia to support registrations, certifications, and training while managing OBAs, personal account dealing, and employee trading processes.
