Senior Corporate Solicitor – Lead & Grow M&A

ENL Legal Recruitment in Cheshire seeks a Corporate Solicitor (Senior role) with 5+ PQE to lead the corporate team. The successful candidate will oversee and support solicitors, supervise casework and drive strategic delivery for corporate clients.

You will handle matters including M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructures and commercial contracts while contributing to the growth and planning of the department. Excellent salary up to £90,000 (DOE) plus attractive benefits.
