Temporary HR Lead – 1 Day WFH, Oxford (ER/Policy)

Allen Associates in Oxford is seeking an experienced HR Lead for a temporary, 37.5-hour week with immediate start. The role involves advising on HR issues, policy compliance, and supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development.

You will handle employee relations, conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations with confidentiality, and develop HR policies while using an HRIS system. A one-day-per-week work-from-home option is available.
