Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with fillingtemporary and permanentbookings.
- Speaking with candidatesabout suitable jobopportunities.
- Contacting candidates todiscuss their availabilityfor work.
- Supporting compliance andvetting processes toensure candidates areready for placement.
- Providinggeneral administrativesupport to therecruitment team.
- Building relationships withclients and candidatesover the phone.
- Maintaining accurate recordsand updating the recruitment database.
- Delivering excellent customerservice to bothschools and candidates.
