• deep focus on marketing strategy, marketing technology, systems and processes, customer data and AI-enabled marketing capabilities
• thought leader in marketing transformation and technology strategy
• experience defining and implementing AI-enabled marketing operating models
• confidence working across sector verticals such as banking and insurance
• excellent client handling skills with experience leading external client projects
