Head of Legal — AI & Data Privacy (Remote)

Pencil is seeking a senior in-house legal counsel to steer commercial and corporate matters in the AI space. You will manage MSAs, DPAs, and privacy policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management. Remote-ready UK role with access to Pencil’s London office.

You will negotiate complex contracts with clients and AI vendors, communicate intricate legal concepts to diverse stakeholders, and contribute to whitepapers and public speaking on Generative AI in marketing.
