Pioneer Selection Ltd. is partnering with a leading UK food manufacturer to recruit a Process & Specifications Supervisor in Ellesmere.
The role supports development of new and existing products, ensuring food safety, quality, legality and customer compliance across the technical function. You will work with the Process & Specifications Manager on product development, factory trials, process improvements and specification management from concept through to launch, with a Monday–Friday pattern
